You can call this operation to assign role to user and grant special authority or cancel.If operation is cancelled, the role and authority will be cancelled in the beginning of next schedule.
Note: You should call Single Sign On first before you call this API, otherwise you will get an error.
Also, after you call this API, you have to make 2 more requests, Single Sign On and Redirect, to make sure that new user token has been set correctly.
