Get list status

GET https://api.coohom.com/global/listing/{obsListingId:3(?:F|f)\w}10{}/state

Get the inventory status. Since the list will be slow to initialize the list for the first time, you need to poll to get the list status. Only when the inventory data is ready can you go to request inventory related data. If you directly call the relevant interface for obtaining list details without polling, you may not get the data or only some of the data. It is recommended to make the next call after confirming that the list is ready.
