Mark the designated scheme with the label items that are not disabled when the current account system is configured.
This interface is an overwrite update, that is, the original tags manually marked by the user will not be retained. If you want to keep the tags originally marked by the user, you need to stuff the original id into the list and pass it back as an input again.
